Rules of the Gym

Hygiene and Gear

  • Keep nails short: Before practice, make sure your child's nails are trimmed to prevent injuries.
  • Cover wounds: Any open cuts or scrapes must be taped or bandaged.
  • Tie back long hair: If your child has long hair, it should be secured with a hair tie or band.
  • No jewelry or makeup: All rings, hairpins, and other jewelry must be removed. Heavy makeup should also be washed off.
  • Wash your feet: Feet must be washed before and after every practice.

Gym Etiquette

  • No food or drinks: Eating and drinking are not allowed in the training area.
  • Take the stairs: Junior students should use the stairs, not the elevator.
  • Ask permission to leave early: If you need to leave practice early for any reason, you must ask the instructor for permission at the beginning of the session.
  • Don't leave without permission: Never leave the training area without first telling the instructor.

Other Rules

  • No spectators: Parents and others are not allowed to watch practices. This ensures a peaceful training environment for everyone.
  • Locker use: You will need to bring your own padlock to use the lockers in the changing rooms. It's a good idea to not leave valuable items there.
